PRIM Advisory Committees

Investment Committee

Steven Grossman serves as the Ex Officio Board Member of PRIM’s Investment Committee. PRIM Board members C. LaRoy Brantley, Greg A. Mennis, CFA and Paul E. Shanley, Esq. also serve on this Committee.  Professionals from the private sector who serve on the committee are Constance M. Everson, CFA, Managing Director of Capital Markets Outlook Group, Edward W. Kane, Senior Advisor at HarbourVest Partners, LLC, and Glenn P. Strehle, CFA who is currently serving as Treasurer Emeritus at MIT.

Real Estate Committee

PRIM’s Real Estate Committee is chaired by PRIM Board member Alexander Aikens, III, Esq.. Steven Grossman serves as the Ex Officio Board Member of the Real Estate Committee.  Five real estate and timber professionals who generously donate their time and expertise to the Committee are Jill S. Hatton, CRE, a Real Estate Investment Professional, William F. (Bill) McCall, Jr. of McCall & Almy, Inc., Peter F. O'Connell of Marina Bay Company, Garlan Morse, Jr., CRE of Morris and Morse Company, Inc., and Jack Lutz, PhD. of the Forest Research Group.

Administration and Audit Committee

PRIM Board trustee Robert L. Brousseau chairs the Administration and Audit Committee. Steven Grossman serves as the Ex Officio Board Member of the Committee and PRIM Board member Theresa T. McGoldrick, Esq. also serves on this Committee. In addition, Shanti A. Fry, a Finance Professional, Ted C. Alexiades, the Hingham Town Administrator, Patrick E. Brock, Chairman of the Hampshire County Retirement Board, Renee M. Landers, Esq, Professor of Law at Suffolk University Law School, Michele A. Whitham, Esq., Partner at Foley Hoag, and Karen E. Gershman, CPA, Chief Operating Officer at Health Advances, are all dedicating their time on this Committee.

Compensation Committee

PRIM's Compensation Committee is chaired by Michele A. Whitham, Esq., Partner at Foley Hoag. Steven Grossman serves as the Ex Officio Board Member of PRIM’s Compensation Committee.  PRIM Board member Robert L. Brousseau also serves on this Committee. In addition, several professionals currently dedicating their time on the Committee are Shanti A. Fry, a Finance Professional, Patrick E. Brock, Chairman of the Hampshire County Retirement Board, and Ruthanne Fuller, Alderman at Large - Newton Ward 7.
