Consultants, Custodian, and Independent Accountant

The PRIM Board utilizes five consultants to assist it in making decisions about the investment direction of the PRIT Fund:

Aberdeen Asset Management, headquartered in Philadelphia, serves as PRIM’s primary portfolio completion strategies consultant.

International Woodland Company, headquartered in Copenhagen, serves as PRIM’s Timberland consultant.

Meketa Investment Group, headquartered in Westwood, MA, serves as PRIM’s public market consultant.

New Alpha Asset Management, headquartered in Paris, serves as PRIM’s specialist portfolio completion strategies consultant.

New England Pension Consultants (NEPC), located in Cambridge, MA, serves as PRIM’s asset allocation consultant.

Stepstone Group, LP, headquartered in New York, serves as PRIM’s private equity consultant.

PRIM also uses the following vendors: BNY for master custody services; KPMG, LLP for external audit purposes; Albourne for operational due diligence services; Seven Letter for communication consulting services; and RSM and Edgetech Consulting for IT support services.
